Shipping Information

• Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally directly from our workshop in Israel.

• Processing Time: Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. For custom or personalized items, please allow up to 5 business days for crafting.

• Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 7-14 business days to reach the US and Europe.

  • Expedited Shipping (Optional): Available at checkout for faster delivery (usually 3-5 business days).

• Tracking: Every order is shipped with a professional tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

• Packaging: We use high-quality, protective packaging materials to ensure that delicate items like copper teapots and menorahs arrive in perfect condition.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order:

• 30-Day Return Window: You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jugaicamore@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, before the item has been processed for shipping.
